How it Works

Step 1

With 90Health, recovery is just one click away. As soon as you sign-up on 90Health, an intake coordinator will reach out to you to conduct an initial assessment an introduce you to your new substance abuse counselor. 90Health’s HIPAA secure platform gives individuals access to a community of like-minded individuals in recovery, and dozens of digital CBT & mindfulness based lessons.

Step 2

Connect with your counselor

During the initial conversation with your counselor, you will develop a treatment plan for the next few months of your recovery. This may include providing you with additional resources if needed such as primary care for ongoing medical issues or psychiatry for medication assisted treatment. Your individual counselor will also work with you over the course of the program on learning new techniques to deal with drug cravings, stress, and depression such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

Step 3

Meet your group members

Soon after connecting you with an individual counselor we will introduce you to your new group counselor and peers. This group will be composed of people just like you who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. During group sessions you will be able to share any struggles you’re encountering on a weekly basis and receive advice and encouragement from your group. Your group members and counselor will be there for you day and night to offer support when your cravings are the worst.
